We keep this page current as the store and its services grow. If something is unclear, use the support contact shown on the site.
2. Information created when you use the store
We may receive order details, cart and wishlist activity, selected preferences, approximate device or browser information, and technical logs needed to keep the store secure and working. We do not ask for payment card or UPI credentials directly on the store.
3. How we use information
- To show products, remember your cart, and keep your account, wishlist, and orders connected to you.
- To prepare, personalise, pack, deliver, and support an order.
- To process payments, verify transactions, prevent misuse, and resolve disputes when those services are enabled at checkout.
- To improve the store, understand which pages work well, and communicate about an order or a request you made.
- To meet legal, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention requirements.
4. Google sign-in
Google sign-in is optional. When you choose it, Google authenticates you and the store receives the profile information permitted by your Google account and authentication settings. We do not receive your Google password. You can sign out from your account menu, and you can ask for help with account information through the contact details published on the store.
5. Payments and delivery
When an online payment or delivery service is used, the information necessary to complete that service is shared with the provider shown during checkout. Payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider. Delivery partners receive only the details needed to deliver the order.
8. Retention and security
Information is kept for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, an active account or order, legal records, or legitimate security and support needs. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online service can promise absolute security.
9. Your choices
You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to information that must be retained for an order, legal requirement, security, or dispute. You may also stop using Google sign-in and clear local browser data. Use the contact details published on the store to make a request.
10. Children
The store is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children who cannot lawfully place an order or create an account. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, please contact us through the details published on the store.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the store, services, or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its update date.
12. Questions
For privacy questions or requests, use the support contact shown in the footer or on the relevant order communication.
