You are responsible for checking names, spellings, dates, images, and instructions before submitting a personalised order. We may decline content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or unsafe. Personalised work may begin after an order is placed, so cancellation and return options can be limited as described in the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and may change before an order is accepted. The amount shown at checkout is the amount requested for that order, including any displayed delivery charges or taxes. Payment is completed through the method shown at checkout. An order is not confirmed until the store records a successful order confirmation.

We may contact you to verify an order or correct an obvious error. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, an order cannot be fulfilled, a payment cannot be verified, or misuse is suspected. Cancellation and refund handling are described in the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

Delivery estimates are indicative and can change because of address details, customisation time, carrier delays, holidays, or events outside reasonable control. Please provide a complete and reachable delivery address and check the parcel promptly after delivery.

The Only Heart Made name, logo, design, text, product presentation, and original artwork belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the store for its intended personal purpose, but you may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially reuse store content without permission.

Do not use the store to deceive, abuse, harass, upload unlawful material, test security without permission, place fraudulent orders, or infringe someone else’s rights. Access may be limited or removed when needed to protect the store, customers, or service providers.
